Police departments have lobbied government to add SWAT units to their departments no matter how small the department as well as the equipment and training to protect the public from injury/death in violent situations. What happened in Columbine? If SWAT units aren’t being utilized to the fullest in situations like Columbine then how are they being used? Attorney Michael Cardoza discusses.
