Excellent discussion and so important. Our hearts are broken about Robin’s death but there are so many other people who suffer. Brian Copeland, another gifted Bay Area comedian, has recently been discussing his own battle with depression. I have numerous friends and colleagues that have depression and bi-polar disease. We all do, but sometimes we don’t know it. Too many teens suffer and take their lives. As a society, we must take the stigma out of mental health disease and provide help and support to those that need it.
