Michael Cardoza: DA Dragging Feet on MacDonald

Michael Cardoza says the Ray McDonald arrest is no different than thousands of other domestic violence arrests other than he is an exceptionally talented defensive end for the 49ers and because of that he is being given special consideration by law enforcement.
